Join us for an engaging Public Talk & Demonstration with international spiritual teacher Mark Bedwood, offering a deeper introduction to his work and teaching.
During this evening, Mark will share insights drawn from years of lived spiritual practice, exploring themes of presence, meaning, and inner awakening. The talk will be experiential in nature, including guided elements and a live demonstration that invites participants to connect directly with their own inner awareness rather than simply listening to ideas.
This evening is designed for both newcomers and experienced practitioners. No prior background in meditation or spirituality is required—only a willingness to listen inwardly and explore what brings greater clarity, peace, and purpose.
The Public Talk & Demonstration stands on its own and also serves as an entry point into the full retreat experience taking place April 11–13 at the Hermitage.
