Together\, in this shared silence\, we touch that Presence which is always here\, always now. Come and allow your mind and body to rest\, your spirit to awaken\, and your soul to listen. You are welcome here — just as you are. \nThe Contemplative Unity Hour is an unguided hour of silence. It may consist of a single 50-minute session or two 25-minute sessions\, depending on the group.
