Introduction to Meditation is a rotating class of practices and topics to begin any meditation practice. Walk-ins are welcome.
In this class, you will learn the first principles of what mindfulness meditation is and its benefits. It combines cutting-edge science and ancient spirituality into a comprehensive understanding of the mind and its functions.
Section one: Relax and recharge, going deeper and deeper with concentration power.
Section two: See, Hear, and Feel better, Rewarding skillful use of the senses.
Section three: Mindfulness in the wild, Everyday meditation for life.
