Introduction to Meditation is a rotating class of practices and topics to begin any meditation practice. Once you register, you may begin in any section.
In this class, you will learn the first principles of what mindfulness meditation is and its benefits. It combines cutting-edge science and ancient spirituality into a comprehensive understanding of the mind and its functions.
Section one: Relax and recharge, going deeper and deeper with concentration power.
Section two: See, Hear, and Feel better, Rewarding skillful use of the senses.
Section three: Mindfulness in the wild, Everyday meditation for life.
Section four: Nurturing positivity for intentional happiness.
