DESCRIPTION:Dear friend\,You are invited to step out of the noise of the world and enter into the sacred stillness of contemplation. In the quiet\, we rediscover the essence of who we are — not human doings\, but human beings\, connected deeply to the Divine Presence within. As you sit in silence\, you are not alone; you are part of a great unity\, a living energy that flows through all the universe. Together\, in this shared silence\, we touch that Presence which is always here\, always now. Come and allow your mind and body to rest\, your spirit to awaken\, and your soul to listen. You are welcome here — just as you are. \nThe Contemplative Unity Hour is an unguided hour of silence. It may consist of a single 50-minute session or two 25-minute sessions\, depending on the group. There is a bell at the beginning and end of each session. Enter and exit quietly at any time. After the contemplation\, participants are encouraged to share their experience with one another.
