Positive Self Image The purpose of this recording is to help the meditator improve self-image. One track explains the process of how mind and brain create self-image. Another track has a meditation based on several positive affirmations designed to improve anyone’s self-image. Based on key concepts from our Success: FULL Living workshop. The listener is guided through a meditation to improve self-image through a variety of specially composed affirmations. It’s power is hidden in the basic insight of the mind/brain connection. A short track at the beginning explains this connection, while the meditation reinforces it.
